A Property Condition Report from CIS Inspects includes a comprehensive review of the project site, the building, its internal and external systems and components.
Each component of the property is reviewed, evaluated, photographed and quantified as to its current condition. The “as inspected” condition is then described in detail including a summary of found conditions and the functionality of each of these systems or conditions. Access, egress, structure, maintenance and component failure are all documented and photographed as part of our standard report. A Cost to Cure report, if requested, is also provided itemizing the anticipated costs of repairs for the deficient systems or conditions found within the building.
