Our Plan & Cost Review service provides a cursory analysis of your project's plans, budget, timeline, and other contract documents to ensure its success from the outset.

The items reviewed include the Budget, Schedule, Drawings and Specifications, Construction Contract, the credentials of the build team, and any other available documents pertaining to budget and scope. Inadequate plans, overly optimistic schedules and budgets, and an incomplete understanding of the end product can significantly affect the likelihood of success. By evaluating schedules and contractual agreements, we ensure that timelines are realistic, and objectives are attainable.
